LLOUD Under Fire for Unprofessionalism during BLACKPINK’s Lisa’s Solo Comeback

In the early hours of June 28, BLACKPINK’s Lisa delighted fans with the release of her highly-anticipated solo comeback music video, “ROCKSTAR.”Prior to this, fans were eagerly anticipating the MV release as the LLOUD YouTube channel, affiliated with Lisa’s company, had posted a live countdown. There were hopes that Lisa herself would make an appearance to introduce the MV.

Despite waiting for 30 minutes, numerous international fans were left perplexed as the revealed video turned out to be utterly pointless. The thumbnail for the video only showed Lisa and “ROCKSTAR,”with no countdown clock in sight. Furthermore, two members of Lisa’s company team inadvertently shared their conversation during the livestream.

Despite the group’s lack of making any sensitive comments, one member felt the need to speak up after realizing their conversation was audible. They reminded the others to mute the channel, as the fans could hear them.

Moreover, the countdown livestream was repeatedly switched on and off three times in a row, causing additional frustration among international fans due to the unprofessional conduct of Lisa’s company staff.

Despite Lisa’s large fanbase in China, it was revealed that LLOUD was unable to secure a deal with Chinese music platforms for digital sales. As a result, “ROCKSTAR”was not available for purchase in the country.

This is a major source of frustration for fans, who express their disappointment through comments such as “Her team needs to step up”and “Lisa, please consider hiring a professional staff. First on YouTube, now this.”
