Complete List of Tenet of Akarat Locations
The map above depicts an ideal route to discover each Tenet of Akarat throughout Nahantu. The journey commences southwest of the Seven Stones, circles the entirety of the Nahantu region, and concludes northwest of the same spot, located slightly north of where you began.

Locating the Tenets can be challenging due to their concealment in the thick jungle. Initially, they resemble Defiled Shrines, hidden beneath decay and difficult to spot. Once you solve the associated puzzle, they’ll become more recognizable.
Rather than searching for these shrines, which camouflaged into the environment, I recommend focusing on the nearby lion-shaped Stones of Guardian. These are significantly easier to locate and will guide you to the hidden shrines.
Types of Tenet of Will Puzzles
In contrast to the Altars of Lilith, finding the Tenets of Akarat isn’t the only task; you also need to solve a puzzle to access them. Below is a list of each puzzle type you might encounter while seeking all 30 Tenets of Akarat in Diablo 4:

Issue with Missing Tenets of Akarat
The Tenets of Akarat encounter some bugs in the Vessel of Hatred section. If you approach their designated spot and can see the stones but not the Defiled Shrine, here’s what to do:
- Access the pause menu and select Leave Game.
- Choose Play again and allow the game to load.
- If the Defiled Temple doesn’t spawn right away, try exiting the game entirely.
Throughout my search for all 30 Tenets of Akarat, I often had to exit and restart the game for at least half of them. It seems this occurs when another player has recently interacted with that specific Tenet of Akarat.
Rewards for Collecting 30 Tenets of Akarat
Upon collecting all 30 Tenets of Akarat, you will receive 300 Nahantu Renown points and gain access to the Reins of the Nahantu Lion mount, which you can equip at any stable.
