Stark Industries Beacons continue to be uncovered throughout the Chapter 5 Season 3 island during Fortnite’s mid-season updates, leaving behind secrets reminiscent of those seen in Avengers.
Epic added two additional Stark Industries Beacons to the Battle Royale map in the 30.20 update, following the initial deployment of one beacon in the previous 30.10 update.
It is widely believed by members of the community that Epic has intentionally planted these teasers in order to generate excitement for the upcoming Marvel-themed season, as revealed in Fortnite’s leaked Roadmap.
Stark Industries Beacon Locations in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3
In Chapter 5 Season 3 of Fortnite, there are three Stark Industries Beacons scattered throughout the map. These beacons are situated near various main POI locations on the Battle Royale island and are all mysteriously facing different directions.
One can locate these beacons in close proximity to Reckless Railways, Brawler’s Battleground and Sandy Steppes.
Reckless Railways Beacon
You can easily locate the Stark Industries Beacon by heading southwest from Reckless Railways. Situated atop a small hill, it ominously gazes towards the center of the Reckless Railways POI.
The first Stark Industries beacon can be found southwest of Reckless Railways.
This rift beacon, included in Fortnite’s 30.10 update, was the first and only one of its kind. As with the other beacons, it cannot be interacted with, leaving players with no additional clues about its purpose or why it is positioned in a specific direction.
Brawler’s Battleground Beacon
You can locate this Stark Industries Beacon by heading in an easterly direction from Brawler’s Battleground. It is situated on the top of a prominent mountain on the right side of the POI.
A Stark Industries Beacon can be found at the top of the hill next to Brawler’s Battleground.
Although it is situated near the POI, this beacon directs towards the northwest, pointing in a completely different direction from the first beacon, towards the center of the Battle Royale map.
Sandy Steppes Beacon
The last Stark Industries Beacon is located northeast of Sandy Steppes atop a tall hill near the Snooty Station landmark.
A Stark Industries Beacon is placed at the top of the hill near to Sandy Steppes.
The Sandy Steppes Beacon, similar to the Stark Industries Beacons introduced in the 30.20 update, is positioned to face northeast and guide travelers towards the Ship It! Station. In contrast, the Reckless Railways beacon, which was included in the 30.10 update, points in a different direction and is not aligned with the center of the map.
However, there have been no additional indications to suggest that this is connected and it could simply be a coincidence.
Additionally, the enigma surrounding the Stark Industries Beacons, discovered in Chapter 5 Season 3, has persisted thus far.
Those experienced in playing Fortnite should be familiar with the beacon’s arrival. In Chapter 2 Season 4, the beacons were also present during the Marvel-themed season. The recently leaked Fortnite 2024 Roadmap mentions this, and it is currently the only information we have to go off of, leaving the rest unknown.
The recent 30.20 update from Epic has brought several new features, including the Heavy Impact Sniper, Remote Explosives, a new lineup of NPCs, and the highly-anticipated OG Reload mode, complete with its own unique weapons and map.
