Logan Paul and KSI are expressing their frustration over what they deem the “absurd” criticisms directed at their product Lunchly, especially in light of the favorable reactions to Kai Cenat’s Chicken Big Mac promotion.
The trio of YouTube personalities—Logan Paul, KSI, and MrBeast—are facing significant backlash as online users continue to criticize Lunchly, their collaborative venture that merges Prime Hydration and Feastables chocolate bars.
Amidst weighty disapproval from dieticians who label the product’s marketing as “appalling” and fellow influencers who accuse them of marketing “junk food to unsuspecting youngsters,” Lunchly has turned into a hot topic, largely due to the uproar against it.
In stark contrast, social media star Kai Cenat is enjoying a positive reception from the public for his role in advertising McDonald’s new Chicken Big Mac, highlighting a notable discrepancy in how the two promotions are perceived.
As the discourse about Lunchly revolves around its branding as a “healthier” alternative to Lunchables, the creators behind the product seem puzzled by the general acceptance of Cenat’s endorsement of fast food.
“Lunchly may not be classified as a nutritious option, but go grab that McDonald’s Chicken Big Mac from Kai Cenat right now!”Mike Majlak, co-host of IMPAULSIVE, remarked in a podcast episode from October 23.
“We aren’t the ones stirring up complaints!” KSI interjected. “It’s ridiculous. Kai Cenat, FaZe Rug, and Ryan Trahan can promote their products without issue, but we’re suddenly vilified. ‘How could you launch this product?’”
“It’s peculiar how the narrative unfolds,” Logan added. “I believe YouTubers should support one another instead of tearing each other down.”

They aren’t alone in highlighting the perceived unfair treatment from the online community. Doctor Mike, a licensed family physician and content creator, echoed the sentiment, stating that the criticism directed at the trio seemed untenable, despite his own reservations regarding Lunchly’s nutritional value.
Slightly similar opinions were voiced by Jake Paul, who characterized the hostility aimed at the three influencers as “outrageous.” Additionally, FaZe Banks attributed the backlash to “poor timing.” Regardless of the reasons, it’s evident that the trio is weary of what they believe to be double standards from the internet community.
