Logan Paul responds to claims he tried to kill his dog for “content” as old video resurfaces

Logan Paul has once again repeated his denial after an old video resurfaced, accompanied by allegations that he attempted to harm his dog by pushing it off a boat.

During the month of July in 2020, Logan Paul uploaded a vlog on his YouTube channel featuring himself and a group of friends on a boat.

Despite their initial panic, the YouTuber and his friends were able to rescue his dog Broley, who had fallen into the water and gotten trapped under the boat in the video. However, some viewers started to suspect that Logan had deliberately caused his dog’s fall – allegations that he promptly refuted.

“He jumped and felt a hand petting him from behind. Despite our attempt to grab him, he insisted that we did not push him,”he clarified.

“Observe his body language and you will clearly witness a self-motivated, autonomous leap from the small pup. Thank you for attending my presentation at Ted.”

The video resurfaced in an X post on August 22, 2024, and quickly gained widespread attention as claims emerged that Logan Paul had attempted to harm his dog for the sake of creating content.

According to the viral post, Logan Paul pushed his dog into a boat propeller in an attempt to kill it for the sake of creating controversial content, while also trying to cover it up by claiming the dog had jumped off.

Paul responded to this post by sharing a screenshot of his comment from 2020, in which he added, “I would NEVER.”

Furthermore, Logan provided a video of the dog leaping from the boat, clearly demonstrating that no one had intentionally caused the dog to do so.

Despite Logan’s response, some people countered with the argument that he and his friends should have kept the dog secured on the boat instead of allowing it to roam freely.

In 2024, Logan’s past videos have once again been brought up. During an episode of Impaulsive, guest Dominik Mysterio discussed his infamous Japanese ‘suicide forest’ video, which caused him to lose relationships and nearly ended his career.

Speculation surrounding the video’s role in Paul’s ban has persisted over time, but the popular YouTuber, now a WWE star, has verified that he is indeed able to travel to the country.
