Love Is Blind’s Cameron Hamilton criticizes Perfect Match’s paycheck and clout Season 2 cast

According to a former cast member from Love Is Blind and Perfect Match, none of the participants on Season 2 are genuinely seeking love on the program.

Typically, individuals who are single tend to turn to dating shows in the hopes of finding love after being unsuccessful in the traditional ways of socializing.

Fans were expecting the same intention when Netflix announced their new series, Perfect Match, which reunites people from their popular romance shows. However, a well-known reality TV star has spoken out, claiming that none of the participants in the second season share that goal.

On June 10, Shayne Jansen (whom you may recognize from Love Is Blind Season 2) posted on Facebook to publicly criticize the entire cast of Perfect Match Season 2.

Jansen asserted that the primary motivation for these contestants’ return was to receive “a paycheck and clout,”and emphasized to fans that the show should not be taken seriously. The ex-reality TV personality further expressed his belief that this is the true intention of all participants on a dating show.

The irony of Jansen’s statement lies in the fact that he not only appeared on LIB, but also in the first season of Perfect Match. Despite neither of his on-screen relationships working out, he has amassed over 600,000 followers on social media, developed a devoted fanbase, and is currently charging $69 for personalized Cameo videos (as seen on his profile at https://www.cameo.com/shaynejansen/). Therefore, it is unclear whether he joined both shows for financial gain and fame, or if he is exempting himself from this assumption.

Currently, none of Shayne Jansen’s Season 2 co-stars have addressed his outburst and he has not indicated any intentions to make a comeback on television in the near future.
