Love Is Indivisible by Twins: Episode 8 Recap

In the previous episode, Rumi had a conversation with Reira that made her realize that she shouldn’t keep her emotions hidden, even if she was afraid of losing Jun. As a result, when Jun asked to meet up, she agreed without hesitation. During their meeting, Jun wished her luck for her upcoming game and gifted her a new water bottle for her birthday, since her old one was from middle school and needed to be replaced.

Despite thinking that these moments were too valuable to let slip away, Rumi hugged him tightly. Jun, on the other hand, couldn’t shake off the guilt of not giving Naori her gift simultaneously. He decided to give Rumi her gift before her game, but instead, they ended up sharing a kiss. Afterwards, Rumi felt remorseful and confided in Naori about meeting Jun without her knowledge.

Later, Jun gave Naori her presents – a stuffed seal containing baby penguins and a PC glass case resembling his own. Naori asked if he had also given Rumi a similar glass case, as they both had coordinating items. Jun denied this and Naori shared her disappointment in feeling excluded by them despite her deep affection for them. Understanding her perspective, Jun promised to make more of an effort to spend time together like they used to.

Afterward, Rumi paid a visit to Kamedake’s residence to commemorate her birthday. While Naori was considering launching a club and recruiting Jun, she was surprised by a visit from Amamiya, who gifted her with a cat pendant she had created. Naori discovered that Amamiya was an otaku and had connected with Kamedake through an online game.

Amamiya had been wanting to establish a connection with Naori for some time, but was unsure of how to approach her. Kamedake had recommended that she enlist Jun as a tutor, hoping it would capture Naori’s attention.

On that evening, Naori had a realization that she had never expressed much interest in anything that did not hold her attention. As a result, she decided to have a conversation with Rumi about basketball. Naori had introduced her sister to the sport during their youth, but she had never intended to pursue it herself. She wished Rumi the best of luck and urged her to meet Jun before the game.
