Despite being known as a reality TV star and former rugby player, it turns out that Greg O’Shea is also a presenter for the NFL.
Prior to securing victory with his ex-girlfriend Amber Gill on Season 5 of Love Island UK, Greg O’Shea had built a reputation as a skilled athlete.
He is widely recognized as a prominent figure in the world of rugby, having represented both his college and the national team in Ireland. As a key member of the Irish team, he contributed to their victory in the 2018 Rugby Europe Sevens Grand Prix Series, marking the first time the country had ever claimed the title.
Despite retiring from the game in 2021, Greg remains closely involved in the sports world.
In fact, he was one of the presenters at the 2024 NFL draft, representing Ireland. This was unexpected as the NFL has only hosted one game in Ireland, a pre-season game in the 90s.

Despite this, the ex-reality TV personality was able to announce with joy that the New York Jets had selected Braelon Allen to join their roster.
Perhaps eventually, Greg will contemplate returning to the world of sports in some form, whether that be as a commentator or as the host of a post-game podcast.
At the moment, anticipate the occasional appearance of some more cameos.
