Love Island’s Anton Danyluk Shares the Truth Behind His Breakup with Georgia Harrison

Despite speculation that distance was the cause, Love Island alum Anton Danyluk has finally opened up about the true reason behind his split from Georgia Harrison.

Despite several outlets attributing their split in April to distance, Love Island All Stars finalists Anton Danyluk and Georgia Harrison have now addressed the breakup for the first time. The Scottish reality star has shut down any speculations and clarified the reason behind their parting ways.

During their podcast titled ‘What’s the Crack?’, Anton and his mom Sherie discussed the issue of a lack of a “romantic spark”, rather than distance, as revealed by Anton. The discussion took place on their podcast.

According to a source quoted in the press, the issue at hand was the distance. However, considering the fact that we were in London every other week, it seems unlikely that distance was the actual problem. As it turned out, this was not the case, as the 28-year-old clarified.

“Although we both made an effort, I don’t believe there was a strong enough romantic connection between us. While there were moments when it seemed present, it ultimately wasn’t sufficient to sustain our relationship.”

Sherie, who had expressed doubt about his former partner, concurred with his statements. “You two did spend a lot of time together,”she remarked. “But as your mother, I could sense that it was simply a strong friendship. I believe your bond deepened as friends.”

Anton and Georgia formed a romantic connection on the 11th season of the ITV2 dating show and ultimately placed fifth, making them the first couple to be eliminated in the finale.

Following their separation, Georgia has been at the center of speculation about her relationship with Love Island All Stars co-star Chris Taylor. This speculation was fueled by a playful video he posted of the two on a ‘date’, but as of now, neither of them have confirmed or denied the rumors.
