On the afternoon of August 31st, viewers tuned in to the fifth episode of tvN’s “Love Next Door,”a Saturday-Sunday drama featuring the bickering between Choi Seung-hyo (Jung Hae-in) and his “female friend”Bae Seok-ryu (Jung So-min).
During this episode, Choi Seung-hyo complains to Bae Seok-ryu as he attempts to cook for him, stating, “Why bother going grocery shopping when it’s practically a ‘national rule’ to eat Namsan pork cutlet when you’re at Namsan?”
Upon hearing this, Bae Seok-ryu proudly declared, “You should be cooking on a beautiful day like this. Just wait, I’ll show you what a ‘pretty noona who cooks for you’ really means.”
Choi’s comment, “Do not involve Son Ye-jin in this, mortal,”elicited laughter. Interestingly, Jung Hae-in co-starred with Son Ye-jin in the 2018 drama “Pretty Sister Who Buys Me Food.”
“Additionally, “Love Next Door”is broadcasted every Saturday and Sunday at 9:20 p.m (KST).”
