Ludwig Explains His Distance from Dream Following “Embarrassing” Drama

Ludwig recently weighed in on the ongoing conflict between popular Minecraft streamers Dream and TommyInnit, labeling the entire situation a “waste of time” while confirming that Dream had disparaged one of his friends.

This feud has garnered significant attention, pulling in notable figures like Ludwig and xQc, who have provided their contrasting perspectives on the drama. For those unfamiliar with the situation, it all commenced when TommyInnit derogatorily referred to fellow streamer Mizkif as the “worst person” he’d ever encountered. This led to a brief exchange before Dream became involved, using an offensive term to describe Tommy’s fans in a now-deleted meme.

In retaliation, Tommy accused Dream of several transgressions, which included allegations of sexism, poor treatment, and even claims of harassment towards his mother. As the conflict escalated, it set the internet abuzz with discussions related to online behavior and accountability.

Dream, in turn, accused Tommy of fabricating “lies” during a lengthy three-hour livestream where he also mentioned Ludwig. According to Dream, Ludwig had opted against creating a Mogul Mail video discussing Dream’s earlier allegations and expressed a negative sentiment about him.

Ludwig Critiques the Dream and TommyInnit Feud

Addressing the situation directly, Ludwig characterized the feud as “the most embarrassing, unemployed, waste-of-time drama I have ever, ever read in my life.” He expressed his discontent with Dream, claiming the Minecraft star had insulted a friend of his by using the term “wh*re.”

Ludwig recounted how he had privately informed Dream about this incident, only for Dream to respond with an extensive defense, listing numerous other women, none of whom were the friend in question. “I never answered him,” Ludwig stated. “I never replied. Because I was like, ‘Brother, that’s not even who I was talking about.’ Now, I’m definitely not making the video,” he added, indicating he’d chosen to move on from the conflict.

Ludwig concluded his response by advising Dream to “keep his head down” and focus on producing quality content, expressing a desire to disengage from the ongoing drama entirely.

Dream’s Reaction to Ludwig’s Revelations

Following Ludwig’s remarks, Dream took to his subreddit to post a comprehensive response. In it, he claimed that he had “jokingly” used the derogatory term toward friends of different genders in the past. “I don’t know the situation you’re talking about,” he said, addressing the backlash, “and obviously it’s seemingly a bad look to have ‘multiple instances’ where I called a girl a wh*re lmao, but I just cannot fathom that I called a stranger a wh*re, even jokingly, regardless of whether I was drunk or not.”

In concluding his message, Dream acknowledged why Ludwig might have chosen not to reply but stated that “the way this was said is annoying!” The reception to Dream’s comments has been mixed, with some fans suggesting he take a break from social media amid ongoing confusion related to the controversy.

Meanwhile, xQc has aimed criticism at Ludwig, accusing him of altering his stance on the drama in pursuit of online popularity as the situation continues to develop.
