As the start of training camp draws closer, so does the highly anticipated Madden season. In May 2024, EA Sports officially announced that Madden 25, currently available for pre-order, is set to be released in mid-August.
As is customary, there are multiple editions available for Madden, each offering its own set of pre-order bonuses. Furthermore, there is a distinct edition that features a separate football game, especially appealing to fans of the Madden series.

Madden 25 Pre-Order Bonuses
Pre-orders are currently being accepted for every edition of Madden 25, each of which offers unique benefits.
Standard Edition
The Standard Edition of Madden 25 is the base version, with the lowest cost and fewest perks compared to the other two versions.
Customers who pre-order the Standard Edition, which is scheduled to be released on August 16, will be eligible to receive both the previous generation and current generation versions for console purchases.
The pre-order bonuses also consist of a Cover Athlete Elite Player Item, a selection between two Strategy Items, and exclusive current-gen perks such as Superstar Drip Gear and a Legendary XP Boost.
The price for the Standard Edition is $69.99 USD, which is equivalent to £55.40 GBP or Є64.52 EUR.
Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe Edition, like the Standard Edition, includes the base game of Madden 25, but also comes with extra digital bonuses.
Firstly, players will have the opportunity to access the game early, starting on August 13. Moreover, the Deluxe Edition includes the following features:
- Early Access Ultimate Team Challenges
- 4600 Madden Points
- Includes current-gen and old-gen editions
- Superstar Drip Gear
- Legendary XP Boost
- Choice of 2 Strategy Items
- Cover Athlete Elite Player Item
Please note that the Deluxe Edition is priced higher than the Standard Edition. The Deluxe Edition is priced at $99.99 USD (£79.15 GBP, Є92.18 EUR).
College Football 25 MVP Edition
Besides the Standard and Deluxe versions of Madden 25, there is also a third alternative available.
In May 2024, EA Sports announced details about College Football 25, including the option to pre-order the College Football MVP Edition. This edition also includes Madden 25 as a bonus.
The MVP Edition includes the Madden 25 Deluxe Edition and the following for College Football 25:
- Three Days of Early Access for College Football 25 (Jul 16-18)
- 4600 College Football Points
- Alma Mater Ultimate Team Pack (Choice of one player item out of 134)
- Cover Athlete Ultimate Team Pack (Choice of one player item out of three)
- Heisman Hopeful Ultimate Team Pack (Choice of 1 player item)
- Bring Glory Home Ultimate Team Uniform Item
The MVP Edition is priced at $149.99 USD (£118.73 GBP, Є138.27 EUR). It is important to note that players who have already purchased a digital version of College Football 25 can still buy the MVP Edition. The Xbox Store will offer a discounted price depending on which version of College Football 25 has already been purchased.
