Eden and Jayden, the couple from season 11 of Married at First Sight Australia, have made a shocking announcement confirming that they are no longer together.
Just weeks after the season 11 Reunion of Married at First Sight Australia aired in Australia, Eden Harper and Jayden Eynaud, the couple from the show, have announced that they have split.
Although the specific cause for their separation remains unknown, Eden’s Instagram announcement states that it was Jayden who made the decision to end their relationship, catching Eden off guard.
During Final Vows, I committed to being with Jayden with long-term intentions. After the experiment, Jayden and I spent several months together, and during that time, Cub gained a dad and I gained a second family for which I am truly grateful.
Eden disclosed, “It is with a heavy heart that I reveal our relationship came to an unforeseen conclusion towards the end of the show. The truth is, the person I selected did not choose me in return. I am grateful for your support and for sharing my dream of a fairytale ending.”
After reading Eden’s post, Jayden took to his own Instagram to release a statement.
After the experiment, Eden and I returned to the Gold Coast and continued to embrace our lives together, cherishing each day as we got to know each other more. Despite life’s unexpected turns, we remained grateful for our journey together.
“Although it was unfortunate, our relationship ended shortly before the experiment aired. Despite the sadness, I am grateful to have shared this experience with an incredible woman and our beautiful son.”
Jayden concluded the post by affirming that Eden will always be able to count on having a second family on the Gold Coast.
Eden and Jayden were considered one of the most promising couples in season 11. They hit it off immediately and even expressed their love for each other during the final episodes of the show.
Despite this, the pair did face some challenges during the show as they navigated through their own individual struggles and past experiences with infidelity in past relationships.
Currently, the only remaining couples from season 11 of MAFs Australia are Johnno and Ellie, as well as Tori and Jack.
