Major Plot Twists Revealed for Queen of Tears: Hae-in’s Memory Loss and Hyun-woo’s Wrongful Accusation

The newest episode of “Queen of Tears”on tvN was broadcasted on April 21st, showcasing Hyun-woo (Kim Soo-hyun) and Hae-in (Kim Ji-won) falling into the trap set by Eun-sung (Park Sung-hoon).

Upon arriving in Germany for her scheduled surgery, Hae-in was taken aback when she was informed of the potential side effect of memory loss. Despite her hesitation, Hyun-woo remained determined to help her and did not give up on convincing her to go through with the procedure.

Meanwhile, while driving, Hae-in’s car was involved in an accident. Hyun-woo, using his bare hands, broke the window in order to rescue her. Thankfully, upon seeing Hyun-woo’s hand covered in wounds, she made the decision to undergo surgery.

As he anxiously waited for Hae-in outside the operating room on the day of her surgery, Hyun-woo was suddenly arrested for murder. Unbeknownst to him, this was all part of Eun-sung’s scheme. To further deceive Hae-in, who had woken up with no recollection of her past, Eun-sung posed as her significant other. Despite this, the only name Hae-in could recall was Hyun-woo’s, causing him to reveal that he was a dangerous stalker.
