On June 19th, MAMAMOO (Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein, Hwasa) shared a special image on their official social media accounts to celebrate their 10th debut anniversary. The group made their debut on June 19th, 2014 and has since released many successful songs. Known for their exceptional ad-libs and stellar performances, MAMAMOO has established themselves as a highly skilled and influential group in the music industry, surpassing the typical idol label.
Leader Solar expressed through the agency, “It’s surreal to think that MAMAMOO is already celebrating its 10th anniversary. We’ve been together for about 13 years, including our trainee days. It’s all thanks to our devoted MOOMOOs (official fan club name) who have been with us since our debut, that MAMAMOO is still thriving. Let’s continue to make unforgettable memories together.”
Moonbyul conveyed her appreciation to fans, stating that it is incredible and unreal how they are able to sense each other’s emotions without uttering a word, having journeyed together for the past decade.
Wheein reminisced, “Over the past 10 years, we’ve shared many laughter-filled moments. It’s bittersweet to realize that both our fans and ourselves have created countless memories as ‘MAMAMOO’.”
Hwasa shared her love for the group, stating, “The past 10 years we have spent together as a group holds a special place in my heart. We have grown so close that we know exactly what makes each other laugh, and it brings us joy to make each other laugh even more. Being able to exchange laughter with one another is truly wonderful.”
