After making a bet with his friends, a fantasy football player was required to spend a day inside a McDonald’s and consume as much food as possible in order to leave early.
Despite the fact that most McDonald’s locations are open 24 hours a day, customers have the opportunity to utilize their dine-in services at any time, potentially leading to guests spending the entire day at the restaurant.
After losing a bet with his friends, fantasy football player Joe DeLeone was challenged to spend a full 24 hours inside his local McDonald’s.
In essence, he would be required to consume enough food to exit the fast food restaurant if he wanted to uphold his part of the agreement. This meant that if he lost the bet, he would have to spend the entire day at the restaurant.
During his visit to McDonald’s, Joe decided to use X to reveal that he had finished in last place and provided an update on his progress.
Update one, meal one is 2 big breakfasts and 17 hash browns https://t.co/UMCDlwSNYn pic.twitter.com/7YdmD0KxjK

In addition, he provided a Google spreadsheet that was created by his friend in finance, which outlined all the possible meals he could consume to reduce the amount of time he would have to spend there.
If Joe had hotcakes and sausage for breakfast, he could decrease his total time by 60 minutes. Having a McCrispy would result in a further reduction of 45 minutes.
The list contained a minimum of 30 meals that would help Joe spend less time at McDonald’s, and it even included a 5-minute break to play in the ball pit.
While providing X with an update on the progress of the challenge, Joe mentioned that he had consumed “17 hash browns”for breakfast. This had reduced his time by a minimum of 7 hours, as each hash brown was equivalent to 25 minutes.
In addition, he suggested that individuals who wished to utilize the spreadsheet and test their endurance by staying in McDonald’s for 24 hours should opt for the “big breakfast with hot cakes”as it was worth 120 minutes per order.
My tip is don’t do it 😂But eat as many big breakfasts with hot cakes as you can

Joe also mentioned his desire for McDonald’s to comp his meals, given that his initial purchase amounted to $64. However, he was pleased to share that he had accumulated nearly 10,000 rewards points during his visits, which he believed would be sufficient to cover meals for a whole family.
