Marvel Rivals Developers Announce FPS Boost Coming with New Season 1 Settings

Developers of Marvel Rivals have announced a significant enhancement to the game’s performance as it gears up for Season 1. This update will introduce several important settings aimed at optimizing the experience for players of all levels.

Since its launch, Marvel Rivals has rapidly gained popularity, attracting millions of players captivated by its engaging gameplay and extensive roster of heroes. Enhancements Coming in Marvel Rivals Season 1

In the recently released Dev Vision 3 video blog, Lead Combat Designer Zhiyong highlighted several significant features set to debut in Season 1. Among these, a notable upgrade is the introduction of a new graphics setting designed specifically to boost frame rates, especially beneficial for players utilizing lower-spec PCs.

“We have taken the community’s feedback to heart regarding their gaming preferences,” stated Zhiyong. “To cater to competitive players, we are implementing a graphics option that will facilitate higher frame rates.”

The exact extent of the FPS increase remains to be seen, but with evidence indicating that frame rates can influence the effectiveness of in-game abilities, this upgrade is poised to become a fundamental feature for many players until further adjustments are made.

Additionally, support for mouse acceleration settings is promised for the upcoming season. While some players have initially delved into the game’s code to modify these settings manually, Zhiyong reassured fans that these changes will be accessible in the game menus once Season 1 is launched.
