Vanguard Character Adjustments
Captain America
Steve Rogers will enjoy enhanced survival abilities, allowing for more frequent engagement during battles. Adjustments include:
- Decreased shield restoration delay from 3 seconds to 2 seconds.
- Liberty Rush cooldown reduced from 12 seconds to 10 seconds.
- Base health increase from 650 to 675.
- Lowered energy cost for Freedom Charge from 3400 to 3100.
- Reduced the healing provided per second after using Freedom Charge from 110 to 100.
Doctor Strange
Doctor Strange’s tactical range and defense capabilities are receiving adjustments:
- Damage falloff introduced for Maelstrom of Madness and Gamma Maelstrom.

Wolverine
Logan will see improvements in basic combat strength:
- Base health increments from 300 to 350.
- Damage reduction ratio from Undying Animal reduced from 50% to 40%.

- Metallic Fusion projectile damage increased from 55 to 60.
- Metallic Fusion spell field damage increased from 30 to 35.
Thor – Storm – Captain America
Thor and Captain America’s synergy will be enhanced:
- Charged Gale cooldown reduced from 20 seconds to 15 seconds.
