Upon joining the musical project, Genki Arima was tasked with overseeing the creation of the ending theme song. After careful consideration of his past experiences, Arima expressed his thoughts:

“I packed it with ‘feelings of caring for someone and the importance of moving forward with your head held high.’”

His heartfelt composition is a clear reflection of his dedication to capturing the essence of the drama’s narrative and characters.

Commenting on his bold approach, Masayoshi Oishi added, “This is the most outlandish song I’ve ever written! I threw away all my artist image and other ideas and created this song with a completely naked heart, so I hope you’ll like it! Thank you!”

When discussing his involvement, Genki Arima’s enthusiasm shines through in his words:

“I wanted to cherish the feelings that Uji has for Sabae that he doesn’t even understand, and the feelings that he really wants to convey honestly deep inside his heart, even though he has an indecisive and whiny personality, so I packed the song with ‘feelings of caring for someone and the importance of moving forward with your head held high.’”

Thanks to the heartfelt contributions of Masayoshi Oishi and Genki Arima, ‘Sabae to Yattarawa Owaru’ is set to provide a truly memorable musical experience that perfectly complements the emotional depth and narrative arc of the drama.
