How to Unlock and Perform Push-Ups in Ninja Time
To execute push-ups in Ninja Time, you must equip the Weight Shin Guards – Push-ups and then press the F
key.

To obtain the Weight Shin Guards – Push-ups, you need to complete the First Step Quest given by Aruka. Upon finishing the quest, you will automatically receive three weight trainers in your inventory, which allows you to equip the push-up trainer.
It’s important to note that only one weight trainer can be equipped at a time. After entering training mode by pressing the F
key, you must hold this key to initiate your push-up session. Once you complete a session, simply release the key and press it again to start another round. Regular training not only boosts your total experience points (XP) but also enhances your Tai XP.
Acquiring Additional Training Weights in Ninja Time

To procure more training weights, you can purchase them from the High Muty NPC, located near the Academy, beneath a tree directly in front of Aruka. As you advance in your training, added weighted trainers become essential, as they enable you to access new training types and skills, including agility enhancements.
