With its cloaking capabilities and lightning-fast movements, the Lictor displays blue or orange circle indicators for its lightning-quick attacks (blue for parrying and orange for dodging). As a primarily melee fighter, there is no need to worry about projectiles being launched in your direction. This is all possible while maintaining a total of 689 characters.

For the duration of the battle, your main concerns will be twofold. Firstly, when the Lictor enters stealth, it will often scale the tree’s branches. If it vanishes in front of you and doesn’t reappear within three seconds, be on the lookout above as it may be preparing to pounce from the sky. As this attack cannot be blocked, it is advisable to dodge or roll out of the way (by pressing the dodge button twice).

The Lictor is known for its incredible speed, often disappearing and reappearing on your sides. Its movements are erratic, making it difficult to keep it in your crosshairs. Once it reappears, it will attack with swift slashes and combos, leaving little time to react. In these situations, it is best to prioritize dodging over blocking or parrying.

To take advantage of kill shot opportunities and deal high-damage attacks, it’s important to constantly dodge even when the Lictor is not directly attacking you. This can trigger a red crosshair icon on the Lictor’s head, indicating that Titus can perform a kill shot by tapping the shoot button. This combat loop of dodging and using kill shots should be repeated until the Lictor is defeated. Additionally, you can use your rifle to attack the Lictor if you have enough space. However, it is recommended to avoid melee combat unless you are confident in your ability to block and dodge the Lictor’s alternating normal and fast attacks.

An important detail to remember is that there is a medical spawn located near the tree in the center of the battle. In case you deplete your HP, you have the option to utilize Titus’s Fury ability for healing.
