Max Holloway is vying for the UFC’s BMF title on the 300th-anniversary event, and he is well aware of the person he wants to present him with the belt after the fight.
Ever since his explosive debut in February 2012 at the young age of 20, Max “Blessed”Holloway has captured the hearts of fans in the MMA community and remains a beloved figure.
Holloway flourished as a top-tier fighter in the UFC featherweight division, delivering some of the most thrilling performances the octagon has ever seen.
At UFC 300, he is set to battle Justin Gaethje for the company’s BMF belt in what is sure to be an explosive showdown. Should Holloway emerge victorious, he hopes to be crowned by Mark Coleman.
Coleman, a former UFC fighter, made headlines for his heroic act of charging into a burning building to rescue his parents.
Despite successfully saving his parents, Coleman still rushed back into the burning building in an attempt to rescue his beloved dog. Unfortunately, he ended up inhaling too much smoke and eventually lost consciousness.
After being airlifted to a nearby hospital, Coleman received treatment for smoke inhalation and severe burns. He has since been discharged and seems to be recovering well.
The 59-year-old has also been announced as a special guest at UFC 300 and has playfully stated that he is prepared to be the backup for any fight.
In a recent interview with MMA Junkie, Holloway expressed his desire for Coleman to join him in the octagon and place the BMF belt around his waist following his victory over Gaethje.
“Mark Coleman is the correct answer, without a doubt. Especially after the recent events with his dog and the fire, it’s clear that he’s a tough and resilient individual. He’s a true G, a real-life BMF.”

Holloway’s fight against Gaethje exemplifies the essence of being a “bad motherf*****”in the octagon. Similarly, Coleman’s bravery and skill represent the BMF attitude beyond the confines of the cage.
The perfect conclusion to the story would be for Coleman to become the BMF champion at the company’s most highly anticipated event. Holloway is determined to make this happen.
