MBC’s Subtitle Controversy Solved by Seventeen, BTS Built HYBE’s Building

On April 27th, the newest episode of MBC’s “Hangout With Yoo”featured a visit from cast members Yoo Jae-seok, Haha, Joo Woo-jae, Park Jin-ju, Lee Yi-kyung, and Lee Mi-joo to HYBE’s office building.

Upon arriving at HYBE, the members were greeted by Seungkwan, Hoshi, and Dokyeom of the group Seventeen. Yoo Jae-suk was amazed as he exclaimed, “I’ve only passed by HYBE before, but I never realized how massive it is. JYP and YG are already huge, but this is on another level.”He then added, “I initially only planned to visit YG, but I never expected to end up here at HYBE. The scale is truly impressive.”Seungkwan also chimed in, saying, “It almost feels like we’re going on an outing together.”Hoshi emphasized, “It’s incredible to think that this entire building was built by BTS.”

When they all arrived at the cafeteria, Seventeen members surprised everyone by saying it was their first time visiting the company cafeteria. They were amazed by the huge floor space of the cafeteria on the 18th floor and exclaimed, “They should have informed us about this restaurant. We could have ordered from here instead of using delivery apps every day.”The cafeteria, located on a high floor, offered a stunning view of the Han River and served dishes such as cold udon and water parsley gomtang. The members who were only given a limited ration for their meals were taken aback by the variety of options available at the salad bar.

Previously, MBC sparked controversy with a subtitle on the show stating “Seventeen built HYBE’s building,” but it was ultimately removed.
