Exciting news has emerged from McDonald’s as the fast-food giant announces the anticipated return of the Chicken Big Mac, alongside the eagerly awaited revival of its Snack Wraps.
Originally introduced in October 2024, the Chicken Big Mac quickly gained popularity following a successful marketing campaign featuring Twitch personality Kai Cenat. Although fans speculated the meal might be linked to Cenat, it turned out to be simply a limited-time offering that captivated many taste buds.
The buzz around the Chicken Big Mac has lingered since its departure, leaving enthusiasts hopeful for its comeback. During a recent earnings call held on February 10, 2025, McDonald’s confirmed the Chicken Big Mac’s return and provided updates on several forthcoming products, including the long-anticipated Snack Wraps.
McDonald’s Strengthens Its Chicken Offerings
In his remarks during the earnings call, CEO Chris Kempczinski highlighted the Chicken Big Mac’s significant role in enhancing McDonald’s market share in the chicken segment, particularly in the U. S.and France. He noted, “We’ll continue to pulse in the Chicken Big Mac as a limited-time-only offering over time.” This strategy appears to be working; the Chicken Big Mac contributed positively to market share growth for chicken products across both countries in 2024.

Kai Cenat featured in a commercial for the Chicken Big Mac back in October 2024.
But that’s not all; Kempczinski also expressed enthusiasm for bringing back Snack Wraps in the U. S., stating, “This year, there is incredible energy for the return of Snack Wraps in the U. S., along with a few other markets.” He mentioned that a new chicken strip offering would likely serve as the foundation for these wraps.
The resurgence of the Snack Wraps follows a strong demand from customers, with social media campaigns pushing McDonald’s to reconsider their previous discontinuation. In December, the Senior Marketing Director divulged that this fervor was pivotal in planning the Snack Wraps’ comeback in the U. S.market.
For patrons not inclined towards chicken meals, Kempczinski also shared the exciting news that the Big Arch burger is set to expand into more international markets throughout 2025, with a target rollout across nearly all markets by the end of 2026.
