McDonald’s Throwback Meal Brings Garlic Parmesan Sauce and Other Fan-Favorites Back

McDonald’s is embarking on a journey through history by reintroducing a collection of sauce flavors that were discontinued over the years, perfect for tantalizing your taste buds.

McDonald’s is evoking nostalgia with its menu by reintroducing three sauce flavors that were previously removed, causing disappointment among customers. These sauces represent three different decades – one from the 80s, one from the 90s, and one from the 2000s.

The additional sauce choices include Garlic Parmesan, Szechuan, and Jalapeno Cheddar.

The popular food blogger, @snackolator, shared the news that the new sauces were currently being circulated in Canada, meaning that those looking to relive nostalgic memories might have to venture farther to reach them.

There is no need to worry, as the food blogger has suggested that the sauces may also become available in the US. The blogger stated that in previous “sauce events,”the products were not limited to one country, so it is likely that they will eventually arrive in the US.

Following the Instagram post, American commenters expressed their envy at not being able to immediately try the new sauces, stating: “I wish the US McDonald’s would offer the garlic parmesan and jalapeño cheddar options.”

“Clearly, another person wrote feeling regretful for missing out, as they mentioned that all the desirable things are in Canada.”

On the contrary, some individuals recollected memories of other McDonald’s items that have been discontinued in past years.

One person expressed their frustration, saying, “I’ve been waiting for ages for the Pizza to be brought back,”referring to the beloved McPizza that was taken off the menu in 2000.

“Another individual expressed their desire for the return of Sriracha sauce, reminiscing about the spicy condiment that was discontinued in 2016.”

If you have a desire to reminisce about other long-forgotten McDonald’s snacks, we have put together a compilation of the top menu items that you may have completely forgotten about.
