Megan Thee Stallion Files Lawsuit Against YouTuber for Cyberstalking Allegations

Megan Thee Stallion has initiated legal action against a YouTuber following years of false allegations directed at her.

On October 30, the ‘Hot Girl’ rapper, whose real name is Megan Pete, filed a lawsuit against Milagro Gramz, accusing her of cyberstalking and disseminating misleading information concerning Megan’s link to Tory Lanez’s decade-long prison sentence.

The controversy traces back to 2020 when Stallion reported that Lanez shot her in the foot after a party at Kylie Jenner’s home in the Hollywood Hills. Following the incident, Lanez was convicted on three felony charges.

In the aftermath, Stallion has endured intense scrutiny related to Lanez’s conviction and 10-year sentence. However, Gramz has intensified the spotlight on Stallion’s role through her social media content.

The lawsuit documents claim that Gramz has orchestrated a “public campaign to dehumanize, insult, and disseminate false claims” against Stallion.

According to the complaint, “Ms. Pete is a survivor of a violent crime and an advocate for women’s rights, recognized by millions globally. She will no longer tolerate the defendant’s harassing behavior.”

Additionally, the filing alleges “intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy” on Gramz’s part.

Upon being notified of the lawsuit, Gramz communicated with her followers on X/Twitter about the case; shortly thereafter, her account was suspended.

Fans of Stallion have expressed their approval regarding her decision to pursue legal action against Gramz, with many celebrating this significant step.

“Milagro is officially getting sued. Oh, happy day!” one user shared on X.

“Megan Thee Stallion is finally taking action against Milagro Gramz. Today is absolutely wonderful,” another tweet read.

Though Stallion has not commented publicly on the lawsuit, she did release a new album titled ‘Megan: Act II’ on October 25, featuring 31 tracks.
