The dispute originated from a dinner gathering that included Director A, Advertiser C, and B, an employee from the company in charge of advertising and partnerships.

Based on Min Hee-jin’s statement, Director A of ADOR, who recently joined the company in February, proposed that B also attend the dinner in order to improve communication and foster a strong understanding for their long-term partnership.

Despite B’s polite decline, she felt her presence may not have been appropriate for the meeting.

“I feel like my presence might not suit the dinner meeting”

-Director B

Director A mistakenly believed that B was both hesitant and willing to attend due to miscommunication.

Due to an emergency meeting, Director A had to leave the dinner early.

After the meeting, B remained and provided a report to Director A.

Despite this, conflicts arose between Directors A and B, which ultimately resulted in B’s resignation from ADOR and the submission of a harassment complaint on March 7.

After concluding its investigation on March 16, HYBE found no evidence of harassment.

She proposed that B and Director A work on resolving their misunderstandings and even volunteered to accompany B if she felt uneasy. Min Hee-jin suggested that B remain with ADOR, which B initially found agreeable.

Despite allegations of bias, the messages released by Min Hee-jin revealed her criticism of Director A’s behavior and discussion of his errors.
