Min Hee-jin Will Be Shocked, NewJeans Plagiarism Claim Called “Mental Illness” (Tasty Guys)

The July 19th episode of Comedy TV’s “Tasty Guys”featured a special segment called “Seyoon Without Seyoon”, which included Kim Jun-hyun, Hwang Je-seong, and Kim Hae-joon as guests. This was due to Moon Se-yoon being away on an international commitment.

During the episode, the members discussed Moon Se-yoon’s trip to Japan for filming and his encounter with NewJeans, which sparked a conversation about the group.

Kim Hae-joon playfully asserted that NewJeans had imitated his character Choi Joon from the past, garnering attention.

Despite Hwang Je-seong’s serious warning of potential consequences for saying the wrong thing, Kim Hae-joon proceeded to share a video of NewJeans performing “Coffee With Me”. He confidently claimed that although the song was by Paul Kim, the tone was actually Choi Joon’s.

Hwang Je-seong responded by stating, “They sang a song by Paul Kim. That’s a sign of mental illness.”Kim Jun-hyun chimed in, “Even well-known actors like Choi Min-sik and Jung Woo-sung use ‘gorwe’ instead of ‘geurae’ (yes) during interviews.”Hwang Je-seong also brought up the fact that “Britney Spears even says ‘wow’,”leading Kim Hae-joon to struggle with his argument.
