On November 26th, legal representatives for Min Hee-jin announced that a formal complaint was lodged with the Yongsan Police Station against key HYBE executives, namely Park Tae-hee, the Chief Communication Officer, and Jo Sung-hoon, the PR Director. According to Min Hee-jin’s team, both Park and Jo have responsibilities to promote NewJeans while receiving compensation from ADOR.
