Minecraft Live 2025: Exciting New Flying Mobs Introduced
Mojang has recently unveiled its highly-anticipated Minecraft Live 2025, and the gaming community is buzzing with excitement. The significant announcement highlights the addition of innovative flying mobs that players can ride. This feature is a delightful integration of the classic Ghasts from the Nether, which have now been introduced into the Overworld, adding a new dimension to gameplay with three unique varieties: Dried Ghasts, Ghastlings, and Happy Ghasts.
The Dried Ghast: Your Starting Point
The adventure begins with the Dried Ghast, a charming, grumpy-looking creature found among the bone structures in the Soul Sand Valleys of the Nether. At first glance, they might appear to be complicated pets, but all they need is a new home. Players must collect these little blobs and provide them with water, allowing their transformation to commence. Patience is key as they grow!

Transforming into Ghastlings
Once nurtured with adequate water, the Dried Ghast evolves into a Ghastling. These playful, teenage blobs begin to float around, creating an engaging environment for players. Interestingly, players feed Ghastlings snowballs instead of the conventional grass, triggering a phase of joy that intensifies their evolution.

The Joyful Happy Ghasts
Upon reaching full maturity, Ghastlings transform into the Happy Ghasts. These impressive, floating mobs can now be ridden! To embark on this aerial adventure, simply attach a harness, and the world becomes your playground.
Exploration Like Never Before
With your Happy Ghast, you can soar through various Minecraft biomes and explore freely. Notably, their goggles will indicate when they are ready for an adventure. Experience the freedom of flight reminiscent of Creative mode, all while you’re in Survival mode — this adds a whole new layer to the gameplay.
What’s Next for Minecraft Players?
The introduction of these flying mobs encourages the construction of towering structures that blend harmoniously with their environments. How do you feel about these exciting new features? Share your thoughts in the comments section below!
