Out of nowhere, a ghostly figure appears on the screen, causing Futaba to freeze in fear. This episode exposes her deep-seated fear of ghosts and curses, as she is unable to use her Aikido skills to overcome them. With Futaba cowering in the corner, her siblings take on the role of babysitting her.

When it was time to go to bed, Taiyo and Futaba had a meaningful conversation. Futaba apologized to Taiyo for revealing her vulnerable side and wished him luck on his upcoming Spy License test.

After that, the scene changes to the location of the Spy License exam, where Taiyo Asano successfully completes the first challenge. During the break, another candidate attempts to attack Taiyo in order to claim the bounty on his head.

Despite being a spy, Tsukiyo Hoshifuru saves the boy. Surprisingly, the blonde-haired spy flirts with Taiyo. Mutsumi later discloses that Tsukiyo is well-known in the spy community as a playboy who flirts with people of all ages and genders.
