After nearly two years of legal battles, popular Twitch streamer Mizkif announced his victory in the defamation lawsuit filed by Adrianah Lee. Despite the favorable outcome, he is now seeking an apology from fellow streamer Ludwig, whom he feels contributed to the distress he faced during the ordeal.
In March 2023, Adrianah Lee initiated a lawsuit against Mizkif and several others, including OTK, Maya Higa, and CrazySlick. The suit, which sought over $2 million, was based on claims of “emotional distress” and “interference with business relations.” These allegations stemmed from accusations that Mizkif and Higa had allegedly helped to conceal a sexual assault attributed to CrazySlick that occurred in 2021.
Following the filing of the lawsuit, Mizkif was temporarily suspended from OTK as a third-party investigation was carried out. Ultimately, the investigation cleared him of any wrongdoing, allowing him to resume his streaming activities after a hiatus of more than a year.
Mizkif Triumphs in Defamation Case
During a co-stream session on December 7, 2024, Mizkif revealed the pivotal news that he had won the defamation case. “Yeah, I won my court case,” he stated, hinting that a detailed video explanation would be released soon.
Official court documents confirm that the case was dismissed on the basis of a “nonsuit,” indicating that the plaintiff failed to provide sufficient evidence or chose to withdraw the claim altogether.
Mizkif expressed his desire to produce an extensive video that would refute what he termed the “lies” propagated about him by Lee and others within the community. “I want to make a concrete video that shows it was literally all lies,” he explained, revealing his frustration with the misinformation that had circulated in the wake of the allegations.

He disclosed that the turmoil surrounding the lawsuit had financially impacted him to the tune of $300,000 and had even driven him to contemplate taking his own life. “It ruined my life,” Mizkif recounted. “I still can’t sleep because of it. I’ve never been able to mentally recover.. .. It is finally time for me to talk about it after two years.”
Mizkif Critiques Ludwig Over “False” Video
Mizkif specifically called out Ludwig, accusing him of creating a “completely false” narrative with a video he later removed. “I tried to kill myself over his accusations,” Mizkif emphasized, describing the mental anguish resulting from Ludwig’s statements. He made it clear that he felt his life had been irreparably damaged due to this public scrutiny. “It ruined everything,” he added.
The crux of Mizkif’s argument is that Ludwig, respected in the streaming community, should issue a public apology. He contended, “He literally made me wanna kill myself. He was one of the top factors on why I wanted to die.” Mizkif referenced a now-deleted video from Ludwig in September 2022, where Ludwig claimed Mizkif had “a lot to own up for”and would have to “live with the consequences,” which he suggested were “deserved.”
In a later episode of his ‘Mogul Mail’ series, Ludwig acknowledged Mizkif’s exoneration but admitted he had demonstrated a “lack of empathy and ignorance” regarding the serious nature of the situation. This acknowledgment came after OTK’s investigation cleared Mizkif of any misconduct.
