Mizkif, a prominent figure in the streaming community, has recently revealed that a court has dismissed allegations made against him in 2022, which accused him of concealing a sexual assault incident. These allegations arose during a dispute with fellow streamer Trainwreck, leading to significant controversy and public scrutiny.
The accusations involved fellow streamers CrazySlick and Adrianah Lee and caused Mizkif to temporarily step down from his leadership position at OTK while an investigation took place. Ultimately, he was cleared of any wrongdoing just weeks later.
In April 2023, Adrianah Lee initiated a defamation lawsuit against Mizkif, but details regarding the case have been scarce as it was active in the legal system. However, on January 14, Mizkif took to his YouTube channel to share that the court has formally dismissed these allegations, which he described as having “ruined his life.”
Significant Court Updates for Mizkif
In his video, Mizkif expressed frustration, stating, “Two years ago, most of the internet believed lies spread by a content creator,”insinuating that false narratives about him spiraled out of control, adversely affecting his reputation. He criticized various well-known YouTubers who participated in spreading the story, emphasizing their lack of awareness regarding the truth behind the situation.
With a sense of relief, Mizkif continued, “Fortunately, after two years, I am finally glad to announce that the court has dismissed all allegations against me. After months of litigation, those allegations were thrown out of the courtroom, and the plaintiff is required to pay my attorney fees.”

In addition, Mizkif shared insights about the impact of the case on his mental health, explaining why he has not been streaming in his usual space. He candidly spoke about the trauma he continues to experience, stating, “While the internet has moved on from this story over the last two years, I still bear a lot of the trauma that happened on those days. A lot of that trauma lies in this house. It lies in this room.”He emphasized how entering that space triggers painful memories.
Now that the legal battle has concluded, Mizkif indicated his readiness to resume regular content creation on his primary YouTube channel after a period of limited uploads.
