MOA Furious After TXT Taehyun Exposes Grueling Tour Conditions — ‘I Cried Alone’

During a livestream, TXT member Taehyun from Los Angeles, CA recently made a heartbreaking confession about the challenging conditions he faced while preparing for the group’s current tour.

The HYBE boy group is currently touring in the US as part of their ACT: PROMISE tour and have already completed two successful shows.

Throughout the livestream, Taehyun openly discussed the significant physical and emotional toll that the preparation process had on him.

He revealed that he struggled with an illness while practicing, greatly impeding his performance and causing him great distress.

“I was sick and couldn’t give my best, It was so frustrating and depressing that I ended up crying alone in my room at night.”- Taehyun

The disclosure immediately raised concern from fans, who had already observed indications of fatigue among the group members, specifically Soobin.

“I couldn’t sing until the day before the rehearsal. I’m supposed to be a singer so during the time I couldn’t sing, I was so upset I’ve been so sad, depressed, and frustrated while preparing that I cried once at night. I cried alone in my room. There was no sound, just tears flowing. In my mind, crying should come with sound, but there was no sound, just tears kept flowing.”- Taehyun

Despite the added distress, Yeonjun, another member of TXT, joined the livestream’s comments to show his support for Taehyun. He also shared that he had persevered through a high fever of 39 degrees Celsius (102.2 degrees Fahrenheit) during practice.

Despite Yeonjun’s intention to showcase Taehyun’s unwavering dedication, the revelation caused fans to express their outrage towards HYBE for allowing such conditions.

Fans utilized social media platforms to convey their shock and disappointment, denouncing HYBE for failing to sufficiently safeguard the health and welfare of its artists.

“It is unacceptable,”tweeted one fan. “No individual should be forced to endure such conditions, particularly not at the expense of their well-being.”

Currently, HYBE has not addressed the increasing criticism.

Meanwhile, TXT has their next concert scheduled for May 22 in Los Angeles as they continue their US tour.

Despite the uncertainty, fans continue to hold onto the hope that the company will prioritize the well-being of its members and take appropriate measures going forward.

Taehyun’s honesty has brought attention to the often overlooked challenges that idols face, leading to a wider conversation about the rigorous demands of the entertainment industry and the significance of prioritizing the well-being of artists.

As the tour continues, supporters are closely monitoring the health and safety of TXT members, eagerly anticipating a positive outcome to the issues that have been raised.
