MoistCritikal slams Kick over “illegal” content after N3on’s hit-and-run ban

Popular YouTuber MoistCritikal is publicly criticizing Kick for the ban of one of its top streamers, N3on, who was suspended for live streaming a hit-and-run incident with a dangerous driver.

Despite being a competitor to Twitch and being backed by Stake, an online gambling company, MoistCritikal is not holding back his true feelings towards Kick, a streaming platform that was launched in 2023.

Upon receiving a ban from the site for streaming himself riding in the passenger seat of a speeding Lamborghini, which swerved in and out of traffic before hitting a yellow van and fleeing the scene, N3on’s actions sparked Moist’s comments.

Despite not being the one behind the wheel, N3on’s broadcast of the illegal act was apparently sufficient to result in his removal from the platform for an undetermined amount of time. However, Moist argues that even with this consequence, Kick continues to be a hub for unlawful behavior.

According to the YouTuber, Kick is a platform that is not taken seriously because it is widely used for broadcasting illegal activities. Despite this, the platform does not take appropriate action and usually only issues a 72-hour ban.

During his statement, he also argued that Kick is no different from Twitch when it comes to handling bans, citing Twitch’s previous struggles with regulating inappropriate content on its platform.

After criticizing Kick and labeling the site as “laughable,”Moist proceeded to berate N3on for being “insufferable”and denouncing the dangerous habit of drivers recklessly speeding through traffic on the highway, concluding his tirade.

Despite the outrage caused by N3on’s driving stunt, it is not the only controversial event to be streamed on Kick. In fact, just a few weeks ago, streamer Natalie Reynolds received backlash for her actions on camera, which included catching a shark and sitting on it, as well as spearing a wild boar for her viewers to witness.

After streaming himself harassing a female police officer during his travels and posting images of Adin Ross, Harvey Weinstein, and Jeffrey Epstein on the Western Wall, a holy site in Israel, Johnny Somali, a notorious Kick streamer, was banned from entering the country.

Similarly, N3on can understand Somali’s behavior while traveling abroad, as he too has faced multiple arrests for his antics. Recently, N3on was released from prison in Dubai for filming in a restricted area during one of his live streams.

There is currently uncertainty surrounding whether N3on will face any legal repercussions for livestreaming his joyride in New York City. He argues that the driver did not consent to the excessive speed and that they only agreed to go “ten miles”above the speed limit.
