The most recent trailer for the Monogatari Series: Off & Monster Season offers viewers a sneak peek at the Orokamonogatari and Nademonogatari narratives. Fans familiar with the light novel series will recognize these two arcs as part of the Off Season series. As previously announced, the Monogatari Series: Off & Monster Season anime boasts a talented team, headed by director Midori Yoshizawa and chief director Akiyuki Simbo at the SHAFT studios.

Under the supervision of Fuyashi Tou and Akiyuki Simbo, Miku Ooshima is enlisted as the script writer. Akio Watanabe is credited as the chief animation director and character designer, along with Kana Miyai and Nobuhiro Sugiyama. Satoru Kosaki makes a return to the franchise as the music composer.

The upcoming Monogatari Series: Off & Monster Season will be based on Nishio Isin’s light novels of the same name. The adaptation will cover the Off Season and Monster Season novels, with the Off Season containing four side story arcs: Orokamonogatari, Wazamonogatari, Nademonogatari, and Musubimonogatari.

This light novel series focuses on Koyomi Araragi in a separate timeline and chronicles her experiences during her university years.
