Monopoly Go Dino Treasures: Schedule & Rewards Guide

The recently launched Dino Treasures is the latest edition of the Treasures Event in Monopoly Go. With 25 milestones, it offers five more milestones than its predecessors, resulting in even more rewards for players.

The main attraction is the Wild Sticker, which will challenge you to complete all levels. Dino Treasures is only the second mini-game to offer this reward since the Monopoly Games album was first introduced.

Dino Treasures Schedule

Dino Treasures in Monopoly Go will commence on August 8 and conclude on August 12, 2024. The specific start and end times are as follows:

Start time: August 8 at 8 AM CDT / 9 AM ETD / 6 AM PDT / 2 PM BST
End time: August 12 at 2:59 PM CDT / 3:59 PM EDT / 12:59 PM PDT / 8:59 PM BST

How to play Dino Treasures

In Dino Treasures, a variety of grids will be presented to you, each containing hidden treasures. Your goal is to uncover these artifacts by clicking on the tiles. Once you have found all the treasures on a particular page, you will advance to the next page and earn rewards as you progress through levels.

Monopoly Go treasure event gameplay — Scopely / dexterto

Artifact placements are randomized and you can see their silhouette on the top box.

To participate in the event, you will need to gather Pickaxes, which are event-specific tokens. These tokens can be obtained through Quick Wins, Free Gifts, Events, and by reaching certain milestones in the Dino Treasures feature.

Tips for Playing Dino Treasures

Despite efforts, there is no guaranteed winning strategy in Treasures. The only approach is to accurately determine the location of the artifact and strategically hit the corresponding tiles.

You will notice the artifact’s shape at the top and should attempt to imagine its position on the board before hitting. For instance, if the artifact is four tiles long and the board is six tiles long, aim for the middle. If the artifact cannot be seen, it is not present on that specific row or column.

Although it may not always be successful, there will be times when the board is completely filled and you only need to find one tile-long treasure. Additionally, a mole will occasionally appear and clear an entire line, making it simpler to calculate.

How to Obtain Pickaxes in Monopoly Go

Pickaxes are obtained through Events, Tournaments, Quick Wins, and Free Gifts, but unlike Partners, they cannot be selected directly from the board.

In order to obtain Pickaxes through these events, a large amount of dice is necessary. Fortunately, the game offers various methods to acquire them, including free dice links.
