Mortal Kombat 1 Leak Reveals DLC Characters for Kombat Pack 2

According to a reliable source, the upcoming batch of DLC characters for MK1 will feature Ghostface, Noob Saibot, and other fighters.

The first Kombat Pack for Mortal Kombat 1 will conclude with the early access launch of Takeda on July 23, followed by his wide release one week later, marking the end of support for the pack.

For almost twelve months, speculations have indicated that NetherRealm would release a second Kombat Pack, with leaked information hinting at potential additions to the roster such as Ghostface, Doom Slayer, and others.

Leaker Interloko has recently discovered game files revealing the six characters that will complete the upcoming DLC releases for MK1.

These files confirm the return of three iconic Mortal Kombat warriors, as well as three licensed characters. These fighters are Noob Saibot, Cyrax, Sektor, Conan the Barbarian, Ghostface, and T-1000.

The datamined information also indicates that there will be two new arenas available for play in the future, although Interloko has not been able to identify which ones specifically.

Prior to its September 2023 release, Ghostface, Cyrax, Sektor, and Noob were all revealed in leaks. These leaks also made mention of a “muscular man wielding a large sword,”sparking speculation that ranged from Conan to MK’s Kotal Kahn.

Notably, while Terminator T-800 appeared as a guest fighter in MK11, it is rumored that T-1000 from Terminator 2 will make his debut in Mortal Kombat if the leaked information is accurate.

It is believed that the T-1000 actor Robert Patrick also lent his voice for the character’s guest appearance.

In an interview with Dan Allen Gaming (via Reddit) in October 2023, Andrew Morgado, the voice actor for Reptile, revealed that he was in a green room at WB and saw Robert Patrick there, presumably for the role of the T-1000.

Despite no official confirmation from WB Games and NetherRealm, it is expected that there will be future MK1 DLC characters. This assumption is based on the fact that both MKX and MK11 each had two separate Kombat Packs.
