Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin

Ranked as the third item on this list is an anime by P.A. Works. This installment features a game adaptation titled Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin. The story follows the journey of Sakuna, a pampered harvest goddess who is exiled from her divine abode to an island ruled by demons. With the assistance of her protector, Tama, and a band of ostracized humans, Sakuna combats the demons while also tending to rice cultivation. On this island, she must reclaim her rightful place as the harvest goddess.
8. The Story of the Magical Girl and the Evil Lieutenant

Mira is the head of a malevolent group with the sole intention of conquering and annihilating everything in their path. Their current focus is Earth, but his plans are disrupted when he encounters a magical girl named Byakuya Mimori who stands up against his nefarious schemes. Despite the author’s passing, the manga remains incomplete with only 3 volumes and 21 chapters. Therefore, there is no need to be concerned about a sequel unless the production team decides to continue it as an original anime.
7. Isekai Suicide Squad

A squad of notorious felons has been gathered to be transported to an alternate realm, where creatures like orcs, dragons, and otherworldly beasts reign supreme. This upcoming sports anime is an original creation, produced by none other than P.A. Works. Fans of the studio’s most successful works will recognize its signature style. Therefore, it’s definitely worth keeping an eye out for.
The story of Na Nare Hana Nare revolves around six girls, each with their own unique personalities, dreams, and struggles. As high school students, they possess the potential to bring about change in the monotonous world they live in.
4. Steps to Becoming Ordinary

The creator of the popular anime Hyouka, Honobu Yonezawa, is also responsible for the original concept of this new adaptation. His signature style of featuring ordinary individuals as the main characters can also be seen in this anime.
The narrative follows Kobato’s desire for a peaceful and typical existence following a traumatic experience. While attending high school, he meets a kindred spirit in Osanai, who shares his longing for an ordinary life. However, their plans are disrupted by a series of perplexing and calamitous events that they become entangled in.

Grendizer U is a variation of the 1975 mecha anime UFO Robo Grandizer, consisting of 74 episodes.
2. Look Back

The film Look Back is based on Tatsuki Fujimoto’s highly praised one-shot, which gained worldwide acclaim.
Ayumu’s classmates consider her four-panel manga, featured in the school newspaper, to be the finest artwork in their class. However, she was once requested to give up one of her slots to Kyomoto, a student who often skipped school. When Kyomoto’s piece is included alongside hers and receives accolades for its intricate details, Ayumu can’t help but feel envious.
Ayumu initially dedicated herself to improving her skills in order to defeat Kyomoto, but eventually she gave up on creating manga entirely. However, fate intervened when Ayumu unexpectedly ran into Kyomoto on their graduation day while delivering his certificate.

Totsuko, a high school girl with the unique ability to see people’s emotions as colors, is the central character in The Colors Within. She is able to perceive a range of emotions, including happiness, sadness, calm, and fear, among others. Despite her gift, she is constantly aware of her surroundings in order to prevent the colors from turning dark. Along her journey, she joins forces with a girl and a boy who possess equally beautiful colors, forming a band together.
