A crew member on MrBeast’s Amazon game show, ‘Beast Games,’ was reportedly hospitalized after a 6×6 set piece fell on them during filming.
Prominent YouTuber Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson and Amazon are now facing a lawsuit from several contestants of the show. The lawsuit alleges sexual harassment on set, “inhumane” working conditions, and failure to pay minimum wage.
The 50-page lawsuit was filed on September 16 in the Los Angeles Superior Court by five unnamed participants, who claim they experienced “chronic” mistreatment during the filming of the series.

This incident is part of a series of accusations surrounding Beast Games. Rolling Stone received internal documents from crew members describing the show as resembling “Fyre Festival,” suggesting it is “wild” and “disorganized.”
“It’s a Fyre Fest kind of feeling,” one staffer mentioned, according to Rolling Stone’s report. “There’s a reason why this level of production hasn’t been attempted before, and it certainly should never have been attempted without people who know what they are doing.”
MrBeast has been under fire recently for various reasons.
The controversy surrounding Beast Games reflects the ongoing backlash against Donaldson, particularly following allegations against his former collaborator, Ava Kris Tyson, accused of inappropriate behavior with young fans in July 2024.
While Donaldson distanced himself from Tyson and promised a full investigation within his company, there has been little communication from the YouTube star since then. However, he continues to produce content and has responded to critics concerning his new collaboration with Logan Paul and KSI, Lunchly.
