MrBeast Producer Allegedly Threatened to Fire ‘Beast Games’ Team Over Cleaning Duties

A staff member involved in MrBeast’s ‘Beast Games’ production in Las Vegas claims they faced threats of termination for their hesitation in cleaning an overflowed porta potty.

On September 26, Las Vegas 3 news reported that production staff who worked on MrBeast’s Amazon Prime game show ‘Beast Games’ are advocating for the YouTuber to be blacklisted.

The crew cited numerous health and safety concerns, including mishandled belongings and insufficient immediate medical assistance for contestants.

One notable incident involved the portable restrooms set up to serve the 2,000 contestants. A local staff member named Kara claimed that a contestant approached her team with their sleeping bag soiled because one of the porta potties had overflowed.

Kara reported that a member of MrBeast’s team instructed a contestant wrangler – a locally hired individual responsible for managing the contestants – to clean the mess and issued a threat of termination when there was reluctance to comply.

Afterward, Kara spoke with the “extremely upset” worker, who revealed they hadn’t been provided with proper equipment or training to handle human waste. Fortunately, Kara and the worker managed to locate some gloves in another part of the stadium.

The staffer noted that the MrBeast producer who had ordered the contestant wrangler to handle the waste was subsequently reprimanded for their actions.

“That’s a major OSHA violation. You don’t ask people to clean porta potties like that,” she stated.

Kara further criticized the overall production, commenting: “I’ve never worked on a production that was so unprepared. There were no systems in place for anything, making it [impossible] to get answers from anyone.”

Another crew member, Rick, also expressed dissatisfaction with the Las Vegas production quality, describing it as the “most unprofessional production” he had ever encountered and condemning the “terrible” communication on set.

This isn’t the first instance of backlash faced by MrBeast regarding the ‘Beast Games’ production. A group of contestants has filed a lawsuit against the YouTuber citing “inhumane conditions,” and one crew member was reportedly hospitalized after a segment of the set fell on them.
