After receiving allegations against Ava Kris Tyson, MrBeast has announced that a third-party investigation will be conducted. He also stated that she has been removed from the company.
On July 21, Tyson faced accusations of “grooming”a young fan after several YouTube videos surfaced containing messages between her, then 20 years old, and a 13-year-old at the time.
On July 23, Tyson addressed the allegations, expressing remorse for her behavior and revealing her decision to part ways with MrBeast’s team.
A day after Tyson issued an apology, MrBeast has also released a statement regarding the allegations. He confirmed that Tyson has been removed from the company and announced that a third-party investigation will be launched.

“In light of recent events, I have been made aware of the disturbing allegations against Ava Tyson’s behavior on the internet. I strongly condemn such unacceptable actions and am deeply disgusted by them,”stated MrBeast.
“Throughout this period, my main priority has been finding an impartial third party to carry out a comprehensive investigation in order to gather all relevant information. However, having also reviewed numerous online sources, I have promptly taken the necessary steps to dismiss Ava from my company, my channel, and any affiliation with MrBeast.”
MrBeast confirmed that he will delay any decision until the investigation is concluded and will then proceed accordingly based on the results.
When the accusations initially emerged, a self-proclaimed fan named LavaGS came to Tyson’s defense, claiming that the controversial figure “never did anything wrong and simply made a few controversial jokes.”
LavaGS refuted claims of being “groomed”and asserted that Tyson had never “exploited or taken advantage”of him.
In her statement addressing the allegations, Tyson denied any involvement in grooming and deemed the accusations to be false. However, she did apologize for her previous behavior on social media.
“I sincerely apologize to anyone that I have harmed with my inappropriate behavior on social media, previous actions, and to those who may feel let down by my past online conduct.”
