According to reports, YouTube sensation MrBeast has allegedly issued a warning of potential legal consequences towards fellow content creator DogPack404 for their videos containing “untrue and damaging”content about him.
Despite being the most-subscribed creator on YouTube, Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson’s reputation as an internet superstar is deteriorating due to a growing number of accusations being directed towards him.
As his colleague, Ava Kris Tyson, faced allegations of inappropriate behavior with minors online, MrBeast also faced criticism. One particular YouTuber, known for producing exposé-style videos about the YouTube giant, has gained widespread attention: DogPack404.
In a span of one month, DogPack has shared two videos featuring MrBeast, which have collectively received 25 million views. These videos accuse MrBeast of fabricating his content and deliberately enlisting the help of a registered sex offender, who has previously appeared in his videos.
MrBeast’s YouTube channel has been losing subscribers and views amid the ongoing accusations against him.
Further evidence revealed that the culprit in question was, in fact, a member of MrBeast’s team, as disclosed by their own sibling, Jake the Viking, in a public statement on a social media platform.
DogPack’s allegations have garnered significant attention, largely due to his alleged past employment with MrBeast. However, Donaldson is now retaliating.
According to a report by the Daily Mail on August 27, MrBeast has enlisted the services of renowned lawyer Alex Spiro, who has previously represented high-profile individuals such as Alec Baldwin, Megan Thee Stallion, and even Elon Musk.
The Daily Mail has obtained documents that reveal Spiro sent a cease and desist letter to Dawson French, who was accused of making false and defamatory statements about MrBeast under the username DogPack 404.
“The letter makes it clear that MrBeast is taking the issue of your unlawful content seriously and is dedicated to uncovering and addressing any violations of your agreements that occurred during your short trial period with MrBeast and following your departure.”
Although MrBeast has been beset on all sides with accusations of faking his content and hiring employees with dubious criminal pasts, his girlfriend, Thea Booysen (left), has staunchly defended him.
The C&D also alleges that French requested to be rehired by the company after his trial period was over and that he breached the NDA that he had previously signed during his time working for the YouTube star.
Despite pressure to change his stance, French remains steadfast in his beliefs, declaring to the Daily Mail that “MrBeast is aware of the presence of rapists and pedophiles in his employment (possibly for legal purposes, although I suspect some of them have been convicted).”
Although Ava Kris Tyson has accused him, MrBeast has not yet made a public statement about the allegations. However, he has expressed his disgust towards her previous actions and has distanced himself from her.
