Muichiro Tokito, a prominent Demon Slayer Hashira, skyrocketed in popularity when the Swordsmith Village arc was animated. Fans admire him for various reasons, but much of his acclaim stems from his extraordinary swordsmanship. As a Hashira, viewers anticipated that he would be a formidable fighter, and he certainly exceeded those expectations.
In the third season, his remarkable performances sparked extensive discussions among fans, showcasing the brilliance of his accomplishments. Muichiro is often regarded as one of the most gifted swordsmen in the series, having achieved the rank of Hashira at just 14 years old.
His rapid rise within the organization, taking merely two months to reach the top, highlights his exceptional ability to enhance and refine his skills quickly. As a Demon Slayer Hashira, there is one achievement unique to him, distinguishing him from other fighters.

Muichiro’s feats as a Demon Slayer Hashira
The Mist Hashira accomplished a notable feat never achieved by any other Demon Slayer Hashira: he defeated an Upper Moon demon alone.
The only other character to achieve such a victory is Zenitsu Agatsuma. While both victories are commendable, their circumstances differ significantly. Zenitsu’s win against Kaigaku lacks the same depth as Muichiro’s battle against Gyokko.
Gyokko, an Upper Moon 5 demon, wielded Water-based Blood Demon Art and utilized pots to teleport across the battlefield, posing a substantial threat. Although Gyokko nearly defeated Muichiro with his Water Prison Pot, Muichiro managed to control the poison circulating within his body throughout the fight.
Muichiro created a unique technique to disorient his enemy and deliver a swift finishing blow known as Obscuring Clouds. This technique involved altering his speed to confuse Gyokko, leading to his decapitation before the demon could react. This moment ranks among the most impressive in the entire narrative.
While Zenitsu defeated Kaigaku, he was a replacement Upper Moon 6 demon who had not fully mastered his demonic abilities. Additionally, his limited consumption of humans meant he was not at the peak of his power.
Despite these factors, Zenitsu’s triumph against Kaigaku represents a high point in the series, particularly in the upcoming Infinity Castle arc.
Kaigaku is also one of the few demons capable of utilizing Breathing Techniques and was once Zenitsu’s training partner before making a cowardly decision during his confrontation with Kokushibo. Zenitsu was conscious throughout the fight, solidifying his impressive victory.
Muichiro Tokito’s accomplishments are remarkable and rare within the Demon Slayer universe. Fans eagerly await his next appearance on the screen as the Infinity Castle arc is adapted.
