Modern Warfare 3’s Season 2 update brought a substantial amount of content for players to enjoy, with the addition of new weapons, maps, and several tweaks and balances intended to alter the meta.
While the next big update is the Mid-Season Update, the developers are keeping the interest up with regular events, and one of them is Cryptid Training.

Cryptid Training end date in MW3
The MW3 Cryptid Training event began on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 and is scheduled to end on Wednesday, February 28.
Events follow one another at a breakneck pace in season 2.
All rewards from the Cryptid Training event
The Cryptid Training event offers players nine free rewards, which can be unlocked by completing eight different challenges in multiplayer or Zombies matches.
Here are all the challenges and rewards available from the MW3 Cryptid Training event.
- Weapon sticker “Cernunnos”
- Multiplayer: Eliminate 20 operators with throwing knives
- Zombies: Eliminate 120 zombies with throwing knives
- “Harbinger Sign” Business Card
- Multiplayer: Acquire 50 One Shot, One Kill Operator Eliminations with a Sniper Rifle
- Zombies: Eliminate 10 special zombies with a critical hit with a sniper rifle
- “Prophetic Crush” Lucky Charm
- Multiplayer: Eliminate 40 Operators with a Tactical Rifle Conversion Kit while using the Threat Detection System and Stalker Boots perks.
- Zombies: Destroy 3 harvester orbs
- “Bigfoot Violence” Business Card
- Multiplayer: Eliminate 2 operators 15 times with a shotgun or melee weapon
- Zombies: Eliminate 50 Hellhounds with a Shotgun
- “You have beautiful eyes” emblem
- Multiplayer: Eliminate 75 Operators with a silenced weapon while using the Anti-Detection Camouflage perk
- Zombies: Eliminate 100 zombies using Aether Cover
- Large “We believe in you” decal
- Multiplayer: Destroy 20 killstreaks or enemy equipment with the Stormender
- Zombies: Eliminate 75 zombies with Brain Rot
- “Lake Monster” emblem
- Multiplayer: Eliminate 20 Operators in close combat while standing in smoke
- Zombies: Eliminate 5 major targets with weapons from the Mystery Box
- “I see you” camouflage
- Multiplayer: Eliminate 75 Operators while using the Cover Shoes and Ultraviolet Lamp perks
- Zombies: Defeat three Abominations
- Plan d’arme “Cryptide” Sidewinder
- Multiplayer and Zombies: Complete all eight event challenges
