Despite being classified as an LMG in Modern Warfare 3, this particular weapon can be just as effective as an SMG in Warzone, thanks to a single attachment that significantly alters its performance.
In recent years, Call of Duty has implemented changes to the Create-A-Class system, allowing players to customize their guns to their liking. This has been taken to a new level in Modern Warfare 3 with the introduction of Aftermarket Parts, which give players the ability to completely overhaul their guns with Conversion Kits.
Consequently, these Conversion Kits have played a central role in some of the most overpowered weapons in Warzone, such as the COR-45, MTZ-762, and Mk.2 Lockwood.
Despite not being as noticeably flawed as other weapons, the Holger 26 has received a significant boost with the addition of a Conversion Kit in Season 3 Reloaded. This upgrade was acknowledged by Warzone expert IceManIsaac, who praised its ability to easily defeat enemies at close range.
“According to his May 6 video, within a range of approximately seven to eight meters, this weapon has the fastest killing time in the game. Therefore, for players who prefer small maps, they can definitely take advantage of its incredibly quick Time to Kill.”
IceManIsaac explained that the Conversion Kit essentially turns the LMG into a bullet “flamethrower”that is especially effective against players in close range, an area where SMGs are typically dominant.
- Underbarrel: DR-6 Handstop
- Laser: SL Razorhawk Laser
- Optic: JAK Glassless Optic
- Conversion Kit: JAK Burnout Kit
- Rear Grip: CT2000 Tactical Grip
The time recorded was 12:45.
The content creator also mentioned that while the Holger may not be a top choice due to its recoil, it is still a highly enjoyable weapon. They encouraged players to give it a chance before any potential changes are made.
The Holger is undoubtedly a fantastic choice in the current battle royale. And who knows, you may even develop a fondness for it, particularly if you have yet to experience its impressive TTK.
