MW3 players are clamoring for the return of a small, but surprisingly popular map to the game, going so far as to call it the “GOAT.”
Over the years, a large number of small maps have captured the hearts of Call of Duty players. Although many of them don’t stick around for long, quite a few return regularly by popular fan demand.
And now the community is demanding the return of a surprising little card to MW3 after it was removed from the game’s current rotation.

A post was recently published on the MW3 subreddit, simply titled: “Unpopular opinion: Meat is the best small card.”
“Rust is a little slow. Shipment is too fast. Meat is perfect.” The responses were largely in agreement, with one user succinctly saying: “100% agree. It’s really standard for a small card. Not too small like Shipment, nor containing anything like that tower in Rust.”

It’s rare for the CoD community to be so welcoming to a new map released with a game. But it seems Meat has struck a chord, as this fellow player says: “Meat is by far the best little map since Nuketown. I even prefer it to Nuketown.”
Other fans named some of their favorite, lesser-known small maps that they would also like to see return, like Shoothouse and Mayhem. While MW3 has certainly faced its fair share of criticism from the fanbase, it seems like Meat is one of those things the developers don’t have to worry about.
