MW3 players delighted as fan-favorite mode finally returns for first time in years

Fans of Modern Warfare 3 are filled with excitement as a beloved multiplayer mode makes its return in Season 5 Reloaded after being absent for several years.

In 2019, when the Modern Warfare series was rebooted, there was concern among fans that it would simply be a nostalgia trip, recycling the most popular aspects of Call of Duty 4, as well as the original Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare.

Despite this, the single-player story was completely original, multiplayer had undergone significant changes, and Warzone was also available.

MW 2019 also introduced us to a new multiplayer mode called Cyber Attack. This mode, similar to Search And Destroy, involves players fighting for control of a device and then planting it on an enemy’s location.

Despite the release of new games and calls from fans for its return, Cyber Attack has remained exclusive to MW 2019. However, with the launch of Season 5 Reloaded in Modern Warfare 3, the beloved mode will finally make its comeback.

“Redditor Gamerquestions1 posted that both friends and the Cyber community are thrilled about its return. They have been advocating for this mode since Season 1 and have seen numerous posts expressing the desire for its comeback. Finally, their efforts have paid off!”

Another player eagerly added, “I’ll definitely be playing it religiously.”Expressing their excitement, another player exclaimed, “FINALLYYYYYYYYYYY!”A third player also shared their enthusiasm, commenting, “I can’t wait for cyber!!!!”

Cyber Attack made its Call of Duty debut with Modern Warfare in October 2019.

Sledgehammer also announced that there will be a Hardcore version of Cyber Attack. In response to a question on Reddit, they confirmed, “Yes, there will be a Hardcore playlist for Cyber Attack.”

Unfortunately, the beloved Piccadilly map from Modern Warfare 2019 will not be making a comeback, much to the disappointment of Cyber Attack fans. Instead, players will have to settle for the familiar battlegrounds of Favela and Terminal.

Additionally, Season 5 Reloaded will bring back the popular Paintball mode, adding to the excitement for longtime CoD fans. They are surely thrilled by this news.
