The Student Council meeting began with the formal introduction of its members, which included Vice President Neko Nekoyamada, Secretary Kinu Tanukikaji, and Accountant Chiharu Tsubameya. Neko, known for her rebellious nature, expressed her desire to remove Torako from the council due to her affiliation with the Deer Club.

Despite their contrasting personalities, Kinu and Chiharu both had a strong interest in Torako’s Deer Club. Kinu was extremely apologetic and would apologize for even the slightest mistake, while Chiharu was more reserved and rarely spoke to Torako. However, after Torako finished her duties as Student Council president, she eagerly made her way to the Deer Club where she found Nokotan sunbathing.

The next day, when Torako arrived at her clubroom, she noticed that Chiharu, the Student Council Accountant, was sitting next to Nokotan. Assuming that Chiharu was curious about the club, Torako suggested that Nokotan should share the positive aspects of it with her.

Nokotan brought out a laptop and played a video from the previous episode for Chiharu. It showed Torako dancing in front of a deer. Bashame and Anko also joined in on the discussion, but Torako quickly kicked them out to prevent further chaos. Just then, the same deer from the previous episode suddenly reappeared in the clubroom.

Concerned that Chiharu may be growing suspicious of the clubroom’s activities, Torako enlisted Nokotan’s help to lift her spirits. Nokotan playfully showered her with deer crackers, which surprisingly did not offend her and instead lifted her mood, further perplexing Torako.

After receiving a tuft of grass from Nokotan, Chiharu cherished it like a treasure. As she said goodbye to the club, she returned home to discover that, like Bashame, she also held Nokotan in high admiration.

The following day, Torako found herself in need of counting the supplies in the storage room. She crossed paths with Kinu, the Student Council Secretary, who kindly offered to lend a hand. As they entered the storage room, Torako mentioned a common anime trope where two characters often end up getting stuck in a storage. Just as she finished her sentence, the door suddenly closed and they found themselves locked inside.

As expected of Kinu’s character, she envisioned a future where she and Torako would pass away and become ghosts. Despite this, Torako remained composed and peered out the window of the storage room to contact someone. She spotted Nokotan and called out for assistance, but Nokotan was preoccupied singing a peculiar song about a solitary deer-shaped cracker.

Torako glanced back at the storage room where Kinu had disappeared into a vaulting box. She believed that everything that had occurred was a result of Kinu’s actions and that this was her way of making up for it.

Torako attempted to soothe her, but their conversation was abruptly interrupted when the door to the storage room swung open. It was Nokotan, who had arrived to collect the mushrooms that were being cultivated inside a vaulting box – the very same one that had trapped Kinu. As a result of this incident, Kinu and Chiharu were both invited to join the Student Council, where they were able to showcase their skills by serving delicious mushroom rice. Meanwhile, Neko eagerly awaited the arrival of all the members at the Student Council meeting.
