My Hero Academia chapter 425’s final panel sets up insane Dabi theory

On June 10, 2024, the highly anticipated My Hero Academia chapter 425 was finally released. This chapter marked the beginning of the epilogue for the series, as the third-year students of U.A. High School bid farewell to their beloved school. However, the chapter ended with a foreboding cliffhanger, hinting at the antagonist’s possible return.

The chapter also witnessed Deku and his classmates being promoted to the next year while anticipating the arrival of the new first-years. Deku also intended to have a conversation with Uraraka, although the chapter had a somber tone.

The final panel of the chapter caused a lot of controversy as it featured Endeavor sitting in front of a chamber. Many speculated that this chamber could potentially hold Dabi, similar to how All for One was hidden inside him. This could be seen as a parallel to the aftermath of All Might’s battle with the main antagonist, where he sat in front of him in a chamber.

Please note: This article includes potential spoilers for the Jujutsu Kaisen manga series and reflects the author’s personal opinion.

The U.A. High School’s graduation ceremony marked the beginning of My Hero Academia chapter 425, with the third years receiving their diplomas. Mirio, who delivered the graduation speech, left a lasting impression on all in attendance.

Meanwhile, Class 1-A had been advanced a year and still had Aizawa as their homeroom teacher. As everyone rejoiced, Deku had something to say to Uraraka, but before he could, he was interrupted. To add to the excitement, a particular individual was seen sprinting through the city streets.

Aoyama’s departure was announced and he expressed his wish for a graduation party to be held in his honor. Deku inquired with Shoto about attending the party, to which he responded that he would be able to attend as long as it did not take place that day due to prior commitments. Shortly after, Endeavor was seen sitting in a somber mood in front of a chamber.

It is possible that Dabi is being held in this chamber, as previously speculated. The last time Dabi was seen was during the final battle, when he was near death and taunting his father and family. Interestingly, the sight of Endeavor sitting before the chamber is reminiscent of the moment when All Might confronted All for One in the past.

After emerging victorious in their second encounter, All Might’s nemesis, All for One, was incarcerated in Tartarus until further notice. All Might paid a visit to the imprisoned villain in order to interrogate him. The two sat across from each other, with All for One contained in a glass chamber to prevent his escape.

This particular scene bore a resemblance to the one in chapter 425 where Endeavor was seen sitting in front of a chamber. This suggests that Dabi, who may be present in the chamber Endeavor is occupying, could potentially become the next central antagonist of the series after the defeat of All for One.

Final thoughts

As the majority of the fandom had predicted, the parallel between Endeavor (Dabi) and All Might (All for One) scenes suggests that Dabi may now possess the All for One quirk.

Despite the possibility, it may be unlikely that the author intends for such an overpowered villain to meet their end. As such, it is advisable to approach this article with skepticism and await an official confirmation.
